Our partner Darío Laguado participated in the conference on the reform of the Commercial Code, alongside Francisco Reyes Villamizar and Andrés Parias Garzón. The event, organized by the Corporate Law and Transactions Research Group (SDSOS), brought together over 300 attendees to discuss Bill 467 of 2024 regarding the reform of the Corporate Regime in Colombia.
