Our counsel, Ana María Ordoñez, and associate Camilo Valdivieso León participated in the Workshop on International Investment Arbitration, organized by the Attorney General's Office of Honduras. Over two days of training, the sessions addressed the primary challenges the State faces in international investment arbitrations, with a practical focus on the role of arbitral tribunals and key tools for defending state interests in international disputes.
