On October 13th, Bogotá hosted the first edition of the Little Open Arbitration in Colombia, an event organized in conjunction with Eversheds Sutherland and in collaboration with the Open de Arbitraje.
The event was led by our counsel, Ana María Ordoñez, and our partners Julián Solorza MartínezandSergio Rojas Quiñones, and brought together industry experts to discuss the main challenges and trends in arbitration from the perspective of its users, through three panels on investment arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure.
We thank the panelists and attendees for being part of this space for the exchange of ideas and analysis regarding the current challenges of national and international arbitration. We continue to create spaces for dialogue and the construction of knowledge surrounding dispute resolution.
