We hosted several of our clients at the Martínez offices to discuss the main challenges facing Human Resources management today.
The breakfast was led by our partner, Diana Zuleta Martínez, and our associate, Esteban Restrepo Henao, who addressed topics such as the impact and new obligations resulting from recent labor reforms, the strategic management of disciplinary processes and contract terminations, the prevention and handling of workplace harassment, and document management in Human Resources departments.
