She has extensive experience in advising on matters of administrative and public law, in the planning and execution of policies, programs, and infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors, under different schemes such as PPP and public works. 

Before joining the firm, she served as Director of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Transportation, advisor to the Vice Ministry of Infrastructure, as well as lawyer in leading firms in the country in the areas of public law and infrastructure, airport concessionaires, the business trade association in infrastructure matters, and in the Territorial Development Bank. Throughout these experiences, she gained invaluable interdisciplinary insights.
