Andrea provides guidance and support to both local and international clients in Environmental Law, particularly in the legal management of environmental instruments for the development of Oil & Gas projects and operations, administrative procedures before environmental authorities, and corporate legal defense. Has led the design and implementation of legal strategies aimed at ensuring the environmental viability of projects at various stages, as well as the comprehensive handling of legal requirements, petitions for information, constitutional actions, and prior consultations.
She has worked with companies such as Ecopetrol S.A. and Bureau Veritas de Colombia S.A., among others, as well as with national-level authorities including National Natural Parks of Colombia and the National Land Agency.
