Carlos provides guidance and support to the teams that represent investment banks, commercial banks, multilateral entities, private equity funds, and other institutions in a wide variety of financings at both the local and international levels. These transactions include syndicated loans, acquisition financings, asset-based loans, corporate loans, project finance, and securities market offerings.
Recently, Carlos has led teams involved in award-winning financings in infrastructure, energy, and acquisitions, and has participated in pioneering transactions in the market.
Beforerejoining the firm, he worked as an international associate at one of theleading law firms in Spain.
