Carlos specializes in litigation and arbitration in civil liability and public and private procurement, with a particular focus on the construction, energy and infrastructure sectors. He advises and represents local and international companies before the ordinary courts, the administrative courts, and domestic and international arbitral tribunals.
He has experience ininternational commercial and investment arbitrations under the ICSID and ICCrules, gained at international law firms in Colombia and France. He is a member of the lists of arbitral tribunal secretaries of several arbitration centers in the country.
