Diana has extensive experience advising employers on day-to-day labor matters and social security issues. Additionally, she has represented various local and international companies in labor litigation and administrative proceedings.

She has also provided guidance to companies and foreign workers in obtaining visas, work permits, and the validation of academic degrees in Colombia. Likewise, she has supported multinational companies in developing and directing their operations in Colombiain compliance with labor and immigration regulations.

She is currently a professor in the graduate programs in Labor Law and Social Security at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is listed as an arbitrator in the mandatory arbitration tribunals of the Supreme Court of Justice.
