Juan Sebastián provides guidance and in advising, litigation, and representation of public and private entities in matters of administrative law, public procurement, infrastructure, transportation, constitutional actions, and disciplinary law. Additionally, he serves as the firm’s Pro Bono Coordinator.

Previously to joining Martínez, he worked at one of the country’s leading law firms in the field of public law. He also completed internships at the Congress of the Republic and was a member of the Public Interest Litigation Group at Universidad del Rosario.
