Tomás provides guidance and support to local and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, due diligence processes, and the negotiation of transaction documents. He has advised on complex transactions across a wide range of industries, both in Colombia and in cross-border matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Tomás worked at a leading multinational company in the aerospace industry and at one of Latin America's most recognized law firms. In addition to his legal practice, he is actively involved in teaching and academic management activities at Universidad de los Andes.
